What is the NDPA and the partnership between them and PRiMAL SWiM mean for the curriculum? The National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA) encourages families and unites them to prevent drowning. Every effort is made with each drill and class to improve the life / survival skill of swimming, so nobody has to experience an unfortunate incident in the water.
How do I know if my child or myself is making progress in the water? Each PRiMAL SWiM Level has a set of goals, and the instructor will also ask individual goals to make it about self-improvement. There will be progress reports at the end of each session for PRiMAL SWiM Levels with certain skills to have in order to be capable of moving on to the next group level. REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS / INCLEMENT WEATHER / MAKE-UP POLICY
- REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY: PRiMAL SWiM has a NO REFUND policy for any reason. If given 24-hr notice before class start time, able to cancel and reschedule 1 lesson per billing cycle/session.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather and extreme conditions, please contact PRiMAL SWiM at (301)642-9179 or primalswimming@gmail.com for more information. 1 lesson per billing cycle/session will be allowed to make-up in case of weather.
- MAKE-UP POLICY: PRiMAL SWiM offers NO MAKE-UP lessons under any circumstances to NO-SHOWS. Must be given 24-hr notice to be able to reschedule the 1 lesson per billing cycle/session.
